Mindtickle is a leading sales enablement company that thrives on creating impact for its users. Its sales readiness platform comprises of Self enablement and coaching, sales content management, revenue intelligence, and more.
I worked with their new initiatives team where we analysed new trends shaping the sales readiness space and built MVPs to test them out.

20% Faster Onboarding of Sales rep: Clients that are using conversational intelligence report up to 20% faster onboarding times for sales reps
Higher win rate in complex deals: The availability of sales rep specific feedback and coaching has led to an increase in win rate for complex deals
The product has helped Mindtickle’s growth as well. Earlier clients were using competitor products as Mindtickle did not have a conversational intelligence offering but after its launch, Mindtickle has been acquiring more and bigger customers.

IMMERSION
I had no clue that Sales Readiness was a market before I started working with Mindtickle. I spent my first week having conversations with multiple teams:
Business leadership: Understanding the market value of sales readiness and our engagement
Product managers: Understanding their customer personas, behaviours and painpoints
Designers: More understanding about customers, going through existing research studies as well as exploring their design system
Understanding positioning of conversational intelligence and current market landscape
Mapping product vision with MVP features
Sales call journey mapping to understand the call lifecycle
WIREFRAMING
We started with an IA to ensure that we are covering all MVP features and then started working on key flows and screens like home, analysis to get early feedback. We did such sprints for different parts of the product and once the wireframes were approved, we started integrating them Mindtickle’s design system and making them production ready.
